Ordering from Rampini Ceramics

Thanks to the numerous customers from different countries who have chosen our work our ceramics have reached many corners of the world. The colours of our countryside and traditional shapes of our ceramics embellish tables of the most diverse homes, bringing with them the charm and beauty of Tuscany.

Using fully insured courier services, we can send our custom made ceramics to your home, regardless of where you are.

Our ceramics are produced individually to specific order and according to customers' preferences. We have no automated ordering process: we are as happy to deal with quite general requests, as we are to accept very specific orders. When customers contact us, every single request we receive is individually handled by our sales and artistic staff. We then communicate the details of an offer like production time and total cost (including shipping and insurance cost and VAT, where applicable) and arrange for payment. As soon as we have received confirmation of the order from the customer, production of the pieces can begin. We charge 50% of the order cost when we start producing an order, 50% upon shipping.

Orders can be placed personally in our shop in Florence or in the workshop in the Chianti, by email, mail or fax (+39 0577 738776, Tel: +39 0577 738043) stating your requirements or possibly using the order form. This website lists many of the designs and shapes we produce, as well as prices and additional information for making your choice. There are also sections with gifts and recommendations suggested by our staff.
